1. Who we are
This website, voloshin.dev, is operated by VOLOSHIN IT AGENCY (“we”, “us”). We develop websites and set up online advertising.
Operator details, to be completed by the site owner before publication:
- [full legal name of the operator and its legal form (sole proprietor, company or individual)]
- [registration number (UNP)]
- [registered address]
- [representative in the EU and/or the United Kingdom, if required]
- [retention period for contact requests]
For questions about your personal data and privacy requests, write to it@voloshin.by. You can also reach us in Telegram through our bot @Voloshin_IT_AI_Agency_bot.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact forms and the quiz
When you send a request we receive: your name, phone number (with the country code you selected), your e-mail address if you provide it, your message, the answers to the quiz questions and your preferred messenger if you use the quiz, and technical details of the request: the form name, the page it was sent from and the button you pressed. We use this data only to answer your request and to discuss a possible project with you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Telegram bot
If you write to our Telegram bot (@Voloshin_IT_AI_Agency_bot), we receive your messages and files, your Telegram name and username, your Telegram user ID, and the page section you came from (for example “seo”). Telegram does not give us your phone number unless you send it yourself. The conversation is delivered to our Bitrix24 account, where we answer you and may keep a card for your request. We use this data only to answer you and to discuss a possible project. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract. Telegram processes your messages under its own privacy policy.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you start filling in a form, your browser loads a script from Cloudflare, which checks that the request comes from a person and not from a bot. For this Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details. Turnstile is not used for advertising or tracking across sites. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and our mailbox from spam. Cloudflare processes this data under its own privacy policy.
Server logs and protection against abuse
Our web server records the IP address, date and time, requested address and browser details of each request. We use this to run and secure the site. For the contact form we also keep short-lived counters per IP address (for at most two days) to limit automated misuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in security.
Your cookie choice
We save your choice from the cookie banner (and its date) in your browser’s local storage under the name site_consent. This is needed to remember your decision. It is kept for up to 180 days, then we ask again.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use four categories. Only “Necessary” is on by default and needs no consent. Everything else starts only after you agree in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
| Category | Service | Purpose | Consent needed |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Our own storage: your cookie choice in local storage (site_consent); spam protection of the forms (Cloudflare Turnstile, loaded only when you start filling in a form) | Remembering your choice and keeping the site and its forms secure. No tracking. | No |
| Statistics | Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Google), Yandex Metrika (Yandex) including session recordings (Webvisor) | Counting visits, understanding which pages and buttons are used, click maps. Webvisor records your actions on the page: mouse movements, scrolling and clicks. Text you type into form fields is not recorded (the fields are marked as excluded). Data may be processed outside your country, including in Russia. | Yes |
| Advertising | Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) | Measuring how well our advertising works and showing our ads to relevant audiences. | Yes |
| Chat | Bitrix24 chat widget (Bitrix24), on some pages | Chatting with you on pages where the chat is shown. | Yes |
The providers of the three optional categories set their own cookies or similar identifiers and receive technical data such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you visit. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Google Tag Manager itself is loaded to deliver these tools but does not receive analytics or advertising data until you consent.
4. Who receives your data
- Mail provider: requests from the forms are delivered to our mailbox through Yandex Mail.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website.
- Cloudflare: spam check of the forms (Turnstile).
- Telegram and Bitrix24, if you write to our Telegram bot: Telegram carries the messages and Bitrix24 stores the conversation.
- Google, Yandex, Meta and Bitrix24 for the optional services in section 3, only if you consent.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Transfers outside your country
Your data may be processed outside your country: in the United States (Google, Meta), in Russia (Yandex) and in Belarus (the operator of this website and its mailbox provider). If you agree to the “Statistics” or “Advertising” category, you agree to such a transfer after being informed here that some of these countries may not offer the same level of data protection as yours. For all other processing we rely on the standard safeguards available for the relevant provider, where the law requires them.
6. How long we keep data
Requests from the forms are kept as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on a project, then deleted. Server logs are kept for a limited period needed for security. Analytics and advertising data is kept by the providers according to their settings and policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing carried out before). To use these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
