You describe the task, a manager reviews it and gives a timeline and a price. Analysis and a preliminary estimate are free. If we need access to your site for the review, we first sign a preliminary agreement.
While we work, your live site does not change: we edit a copy and test it. Before going live we make a backup, and after the release we can restore the previous version. Tools (git, branches, a test server) are adapted to your project.
Changes are on the copy. Your site works as before.
If something stops working after our change, we fix it at no extra charge. The warranty period and terms are written into the contract.
