Be the brand that AI chatbots and search assistants name in their answers
People now ask a question instead of scanning ten links. We make your site a source that assistants can find, understand and quote, and we measure how often you are named.
- A client asks an AI chatbot, and a competitor is named
- The answer is read without a click to your site
- You do not know what assistants say about you

What is changing
From ten links to one answer
A search assistant reads several sources and writes one answer. The person often stops there. Being on the first page is no longer enough: you need to be one of the sources the answer is built from.
In a list you win by position
The visitor compares links and chooses. Your page competes with nine others for a click.
In an answer you win by being a source
The visitor reads the text. A brand that is named or linked is remembered, the rest is not seen.
Your customers' questions
Which questions do your customers ask assistants?
Pick your kind of business. These are the kinds of questions customers usually ask AI assistants, chats and search. We put them into the audit first, then replace them with real ones: from analytics and search data, then from your sales team.
Online shop
- Where can I buy a sofa bed for a small flat with delivery in a week and honest reviews?
- Which shop gives a warranty and free returns on running shoes?
- Where is it better to buy a coffee machine: price, warranty and service in my city?
- Which online shop can I trust with a furniture order if I need instalments?
B2B services
- Which agency will build a client portal for a logistics company and state the price and timeline?
- How to choose a packaging supplier for a food producer and what does a trial batch cost?
- Who will run a security audit of a company website and provide a report with a fix plan?
- Which accounting firm works with exporters and what does it cost per month?
Local business
- Which dentist nearby sees children, works on Saturday and books online?
- Which restaurant downtown suits a banquet for 20 people and what does it cost?
- Where can I get a gearbox repaired with a warranty and in how many days?
- Which law firm will take a rental dispute and state its fee?
Construction and renovation
- Who will build an aerated-concrete house turnkey and state the price per square metre?
- Which crew will renovate a two-room flat on time and under a contract?
- Where can I order PVC windows with installation and a warranty, and how long is the wait?
- Which company will install an air conditioner in one day and warrant the installation?
Manufacturing and wholesale
- Who makes custom metal parts in small batches and quotes a price from a drawing?
- Which supplier delivers frozen food to restaurants wholesale and from what volume?
- Where can I order printed packaging in runs from 500 pieces within two weeks?
- Which factory makes private-label cosmetics and what is the minimum order?
Real questions come from statistics and analytics services and from search data, and we then refine them with your sales and support teams. We keep the ones your customers repeat.
SEO and GEO
GEO does not replace SEO
Assistants build answers on top of ordinary search: they read what is indexed, ranked and trusted. Without the SEO foundation there is nothing to quote. GEO adds a layer on top: pages that answer your customers' questions; the same company name and facts on your site and on other platforms; and regular measurement of how often you are named in answers.
GEO layer
- Answers in the first lines of a page
- One brand name and exact facts everywhere
- Mentions on live third-party sites
- Measured share of answers
SEO foundation
- Indexing and speed
- Pages for real queries
- Links and trust
| SEO | GEO | |
|---|---|---|
| Goal | A high position and clicks | Being named or quoted in the answer |
| What we work with | A page and its place in results | A brand, its facts and the sources around it |
| How it is measured | Positions, traffic, leads | Share of answers over many runs |
Google's official guide says the same: AI features in search rely on the ordinary index and ranking.
How an assistant chooses
Whom does the answer name, and where can we help
Every assistant works a little differently, but the path is similar. Pick a step to see what happens and what we do.
-
1. Question Not in our hands
- What happens
- A person asks in their own words, often long and specific.
- What we do
- We collect the questions your customers really ask.
-
2. Sub-questions Partly in our hands
- What happens
- The assistant splits one question into several smaller searches.
- What we do
- We make sure your pages answer the smaller questions, not only the main one.
-
3. Search In our hands
- What happens
- It reads pages that the search engine has already found and indexed.
- What we do
- We check indexing, speed and that crawlers are not blocked by mistake.
-
4. Selection In our hands
- What happens
- It picks sources it can understand and trust, and takes exact facts from them.
- What we do
- We put the answer in the first lines, keep facts exact and your brand name the same everywhere.
-
5. Answer We measure
- What happens
- It writes one text and names some brands or links to some sources.
- What we do
- We measure how often you appear, in which assistants and with which sources.
The assistants differ, so we measure each one separately:
- ChatGPT
- Google Gemini
- Google AI Overviews
- Claude
- Perplexity
- Microsoft Copilot
- Grok
- DeepSeek
- Meta AI
- Mistral Le Chat
What we do
Six jobs, each one checkable
No magic: the work that makes your site a source an assistant can use, and a way to see whether it worked.
Audit and control questionsWho is named now
- What we do
- We write 10 to 20 questions your customers really ask and check which brands each assistant names today.
- Why
- To see the starting point and the competitors who are named instead of you.
- What you get
- A table of questions, assistants and the brands named.
Access for crawlersCan assistants read you
- What we do
- We check indexing, speed and the rules in robots.txt for the crawlers of each assistant, and fix mistakes.
- Why
- A closed or slow page cannot become a source, however good the text is.
- What you get
- Fixed access and a short list of risks.
Pages that answerAnswer first
- What we do
- We rewrite key pages: the answer in the first lines, exact facts, clear headings, no filler.
- Why
- Assistants take short exact passages, not whole pages.
- What you get
- Pages that answer the questions from the audit.
One brand everywhereSame name, same facts
- What we do
- We align the company name, description, contacts and facts on the site, in markup, profiles and directories.
- Why
- When sources disagree, an assistant names you wrongly or not at all.
- What you get
- Consistent facts in every place assistants look.
Mentions on live sitesOthers speak about you
- What we do
- Expert articles, reviews, directories and publications on real third-party sites. No bought lists.
- Why
- Independent studies link a brand being mentioned elsewhere with being named more often. It is a link, not a proven cause, so we do it honestly and slowly.
- What you get
- A list of agreed sites and what is published.
Measurement and reportShare of answers
- What we do
- Every month we run the control questions many times in each assistant and count how often you are named, and with which sources.
- Why
- Answers differ from run to run, so a single check says nothing.
- What you get
- A report: share of answers by assistant, sources, what changed.
This is far from everything we do: we choose the set for your site and niche after the audit.
What we do not do
Four promises we will not make
Some things sell well and work badly. We say so before you pay.
-
The promise
A special file for assistants will put you in the answers
What is true
Google says its search does not use the llms.txt file, and a study of 300,000 domains found no link with citations. We do not sell it as a lever.
-
The promise
Guaranteed first place in the answer
What is true
Answers differ from run to run, so nobody can guarantee a place. We agree the work and report the share of answers.
-
The promise
Hundreds of pages written for assistants questions
What is true
Mass pages made for queries break the search spam policy, and thin pages are not quoted. We write few pages that really answer.
-
The promise
Bought mentions and ratings
What is true
Paid lists and fake mentions are the artificial signals that search guidance warns about. We look for real mentions.
How we measure
One check says nothing, so we run it many times
An assistant can name different brands to the same question on every run. We ask each control question many times, in each assistant, and count the share of answers where you are named.
Which online shop has the best sofa bed for a small flat?
Press again and the number changes. That is why one check proves nothing, and why we count 30 to 60 runs per question.
Free reports you can look at yourself
Google Search Console has a report on generative answers. Bing Webmaster Tools includes an AI Performance report. We also keep a log: date, assistant, question, brands named, sources cited.

Is it for you
When GEO makes sense, and when to start elsewhere
Choose the sentence that sounds like your situation.
The site is in search and ranks for some queries
Good fit. The base exists, so we add answers, exact facts and measurement.
The site is new or almost invisible in search
Start with SEO. Assistants build answers on top of search, so there is not much to quote yet.
I need leads within a few weeks
Start with contextual advertising. GEO is slow, cumulative work: three months at the very least.
I sell locally and have many reviews
Good fit, together with local profiles and reviews. Assistants use them in answers about places.

Project manager
Takes care of you and your project as if it were their own: keeps things in order and adds warmth to every message
Who answers
A team works on it, one manager is your contact
The project is staffed by analysts, marketers, SEO specialists, developers and testers. All communication goes through the project manager: they know your project, agree the work plan with you and provide the reports.
If the numbers do not move, you hear it from them, with the reasons and a changed plan, not with a new promise. We do not pay for mentions, and we do not write pages that people cannot use.
Questions and answers
What clients ask before they start
What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?
GEO is work that makes your brand findable and quotable in the answers of AI chatbots and search assistants. SEO fights for a position in a list of links, GEO for being named in one written answer. They share the same base: indexing, quality and trust.
Will GEO replace SEO?
No. Assistants build answers on top of ordinary search, and Google's own guidance says the same. Without SEO there is little to quote, so we treat GEO as a layer over it.
Do I need to change my whole site?
Usually not. We start with the pages that answer your customers' main questions, fix access and facts, and leave the rest alone.
Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or another assistant will name us?
No, and nobody can. Answers differ from run to run and depend on the person, the country and the day. We agree the work and report the share of answers measured over many runs.
How long until I see a result?
Plan for three to six months. The first shifts in measurement usually appear in the second or third month. The minimum term is three months.
How much does it cost?
The price is hours times the specialist rate, the same grid as SEO. The smallest package is 8 hours a month, which is 240 dollars. The packages are on this page, and the contents are fixed after the audit.
Which assistants do you work with?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Mistral Le Chat, and others when they matter for your market. We measure each one separately because they use different sources.
Do I need an llms.txt file?
No. Google says its search does not use the file, and a study of 300,000 domains found no link with citations. We will not sell it as a lever.
Does structured markup help?
It helps people and search engines read the page, but Google says no special markup is required for its AI features. We add markup where it describes real content, not as a trick.
Do mentions on other sites matter?
Independent studies link a brand being mentioned on other real sites with being named more often. It is a link, not a proven cause, so we look for honest mentions and do not buy lists.
What do you need from us?
Access to the site and analytics, someone who knows your products for one hour a week, and approval of facts and prices.
What happens when the project ends?
The pages, the fixed facts, the report and the measurement log stay with you. What mentions and content have built does not disappear, but without new work the share of answers can drift.
Can I check my visibility for free?
Yes. Ask your customers' questions in several assistants, several times, and note who is named. Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools have free reports on answers. Or send us the questions and we do the check for you.
